Gilani's Senate election, video scandal, hearing adjourned till Monday
ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has adjourned till Monday the hearing of the case regarding former Prime Minister, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Yousuf Raza Gilani's Senate election and video scandal. A three-member commission headed by Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja heard the case. PTI lawyer Ali Zafar did not appear before the ECP.
The Chief Election Commissioner said that after going out, the media is told that the commission is not making a decision, the commission is trying to make a decision, in this way the case cannot be ended. We want to end this case. As soon as you see the seriousness of the Commission, the Chairperson of the Special Anti-Rape Committee and Parliamentary Secretary for Law and Justice Barrister Malika Ali Bukhari replied that we see the seriousness of the Commission.
